Prenuptial Agreements

Are you looking to re-marry or marry for the first time? Do you or your potential spouse have significant monetary assets or career potential? Thoughtful and informed consideration must be given to considering whether your particular situation deserves a pre-nuptial agreement. Pre-nuptial agreements can be utilized to protect your assets and/or earning potentials, as well as determine ahead of time how assets and debts would be distributed in the unfortunate event of divorce.

Almost anything is possible in a pre-nuptial agreement as long as the terms of the agreement do not encourage divorce. Often, a pre-nuptial agreement is utilized in order to specify a religion by which children of that marriage will be guided. Sometimes, parties have very specific concerns which they would like set forth as a condition to marriage.

A pre-nuptial agreement can be accomplished without taking the romance out of the equation.
